We are Friends of North Broadway District, an association of neighbors of Seattle's North Broadway District. We are dedicated to preserving the neighborhood as a residential neighborhood.

Right now, the neighborhood is under assault by the Bertschi Shool which is imminently planning on buldozing the lovely Reid Court Apartments and turning the entire half block of 10th Ave E between E Boston and E Lynn streets into a large campus. The school is planning a huge increase in studen enrollment, more class rooms, frequent large events, all of which will destroy the residential nature of our neighborhood and lead to traffic congestion, noise pollution and more commercial activites in our North Broadway District.
